Out of hours procedure
Our office phone is available 9am -
5pm Monday to Friday, 07967046739 is our of hours contact number for tenants and is monitored 07.30am – 21.00pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas period).
If you have any maintenance issues out of hours which are deemed as urgent then please email
info@rlettings.co.uk
and include your address, name and phone number and detail what the problem is.
Between the hours of 21.00pm and 07.30am when our out of hours service is not monitored, you would be expected to contact a qualified contractor to attend the property,
but
please remember that if a contractor is called out when an emergency repair is not justified you will be liable for all costs incurred.
Please remember that an emergency in relation to a rental property can genuinely be defined as ‘Something which could not have been foreseen and which could cause a threat to life or serious damage to property’.
